Πρόκειται για ένα μονόροφο καφενείο της δεκαετίας του 1950. Επειδή υπήρξαν στατικά προβλήματα έγινε ενίσχυση, ανακαίνιση και προσθήκη δύο ορόφων. Έγινε προσπάθεια διατήρησης του αρχιτεκτονικού ύφους συνυφασμένου με τις μοντέρνες τάσεις.

It was a one-story coffee house from 1950s. Because there were static problems, it was reinforced, renovated and then we added two more floors. An attempt was made to preserve the architectural style intertwined with modern trends.
